The older I get, the more I realize that so many of the things we worry about in life don't really matter. I feel like this is a common epiphany to have, yet so many of us still find ourselves stuck in the same unhappy patterns of unnecessary worry and stress.

While it's inevitable that we have to experience some negativity now and then, perhaps it's time that we all took a different attitude towards it. We should believe that it is just as guaranteed that we're going to enjoy the positive as well. One of the easiest ways to do this? By looking at wholesome content, of course. Even when it feels like the world is set against us, a dose of heartwarming memes can remind us that it doesn't always have to be that way.
